After 45 years trading from Station Yard in Kilwinning, Hay & Anderson (Kilwinning) Ltd has moved premises to the APL Centre in Stevenston.
The company felt that the business would benefit from a complete change of environment and a move from a residential area to more suitable bespoke premises was undertaken.
The company was established in the 1940’s and has a wealth of experience to offer in Ayrshire and nationwide. They are one of the largest independent fencing contractors in the West of Scotland and supply and erect all types of fencing such as industrial, high security and domestic.
In addition, they have their own metal fabricating workshop where a team of blacksmiths will fabricate railings, balustrades, gates, handrails and much more to a specific design or to match existing fencing.
A contributor to the businesses on-going success has been working in partnership with NAC on several business development projects. Director Ann Hay commented; ‘Over the years we have enjoyed a very good relationship with North Ayrshire Council Business Development and received a lot of advice and grant assistance from them through their Supply Chain, Training and e-business support programmes. Hay & Anderson continues to operate as a family run business, where our policy is still ‘best possible job at the keenest price’. No job is too big or small and we are happy to provide free estimates.’
The company’s new address is Unit 44D Stevenston Industrial Estate, Stevenston, KA20 3LR. Visit their new website at
